Keep tagged fulfilled orders visible on your Kanbanify board

Fulfilled orders normally disappear from the board after 72 hours. When a customer later reports a complaint or asks for rework, teams add a note and a Shopify tag such as “Complaint” or “Rework”, then have to track the follow-up in another tool or on a physical board.

We want to let merchants keep fulfilled orders visible in Kanbanify when they match selected Shopify tags, alongside recently fulfilled orders. This would bring post-fulfillment follow-up work back into the normal production workflow without losing track of the original order.
